4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A (typically 50%) deposit is required before the commencement of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.

• Late Fees: If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or suspend the project until payment is received.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide us with all necessary materials (such as logos, images, text, etc.) and information in a timely manner to complete the project. Failure to provide these items could result in delays to the project.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds: Due to the nature of custom graphic design work, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun, except in cases where the work is unsatisfactory or if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon project within a reasonable timeframe.

• Cancellations: You may cancel the project at any time before final delivery. However, you will be liable for any work completed up until the cancellation date, including any non-refundable deposits.
